Exchange & Return Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds.
  • Merchandise can only be exchanged if it is not used, washed, altered, or damaged and must have its all original tags on.
  • Your exchange can be coordinated via email (sales@naksavenue.com or you can call/WhatsApp (+92 300 2 888 791) between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • Your replacement item order should be an equivalent amount or more, not a less amount.
  • We don’t refund in terms of money, we will provide you a coupon for the same amount which you can use only one-time.
  • In case of a mark-down in price due to a sales promotion, customers are only eligible to make an exchange against the new, marked-down price.
  • Used/Misused items will not be eligible for exchange.
  • You can exchange your purchase within 7 days accompanied by an original receipt and original Naks packaging.
  • You can only claim damaged merchandise within 3 days of purchase. If bought online, damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Naks Avenue will not refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found faulty or damaged.
  • Claims & exchanges will make up to 3 weeks to proceed.
  • No exchange can be made during the sales/promotion’s period.
  • Products on promotions are not eligible for exchange.
